Very quick and easy to make ideal for pot lucks Tip, to skin the tomatoes place in boiling water for a few mintes. The skins will split and will be east to peel off

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped
  • 1 inch gingerroot, peeled and grated
  • 14 cup chopped coriander

Directions

  1. Mix all ungredients well and chill until ready to serve.
