- 1Clean the tomatoes and cut them in wedges. Place in bowl.
- 2Peel cucumbers and cut them in thin slices. Add to bowl.
- 3Add olive oil, oregano and salt (all to taste). Sprinkle vinegar over the salad, taste and add more vinegar if needed. Serve.
