  1. This was probably the best salad I ever made at home. It was fresh tasting and the basil really added something. I halved the recipe for our family of six, and although the little ones were not thrilled about the basil, the rest of us just loved this. Served with an Italian dinner and it went with it wonderfully. Very tasty...thanks for sharing!

  2. Used iceberg lettuce since that was what I had on hand. Also added shredded mozzarella cheese with the parmesan. Basil used was from the garden. Perfect! Probably even better with Romaine lettuce. Great side dish with pasta.

  3. This made a great lunch. I love the combination of the flavors in this salad and even my kids enjoyed it! Made for ZWT3 2007.

  4. This was excellent, lots of garlic

  5. Fresh and yummy. The fresh basil really adds a nice spark here. I used fresh lemon juice as well. the simplicity of these ingredients work so well together and really shine- especially when garden veggies can be used. Thanks Sage!
