- 4 tomatillos
- 118.29 ml onion
- 4 piece fresh ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 0.25 ml ground cumin
- 0.25 ml paprika or 0.25 ml red chili powder
- 0.25 ml turmeric
- 4.92 ml salt
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 354.88 ml bulgur wheat
- 709.77 ml water
directions
- Fry onions in vegetable oil.add green chilies and ginger.
- Add the tomatillos and keep frying.
- Add cumin, paprika, turmeric.
- Add broken wheat.Add cilantro and then add water.
- Cover with lid for abt 20 minutes.
- For a mexican version of the same dish, add pinch of orgeno and jalapeno instead of green chilies.
