  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Halve tomatoes and place in shallow casserole dish.
  • Divide toppings and sprinkle over tomatoes, saving oil and parmesan cheese until last.
  • Cover and bake 15-20 min or until tomatoes are softened.
