I made this as a frozen Tom Collins for Buddha and I. We had to add quite a bit more sugar and a bit more lemon juice, but it's great that I could re-live one of my favorite drinks of long ago and didn't need any sweet-n-sour mix. Thanks for sharing. :)
This is nice and refreshing, though it doesn't have the distinct sweet sour you expect from a Tom Collins. I added a wedge of lime which helped get closer to the right flavor.
