Tom and Jerry's made to order. Not a gloopy flat batter from the freezer. Try almond milk instead of bovine.

  1. Heat milk.
  2. Separate the egg.
  3. Beat the egg white until soft peaks formed.
  4. Beat the egg yolk until smooth, blend in sugar and spices.
  5. Fold in the whites.
  6. Divide the batter, the brandy, and rum between the mugs.
  7. Top up with hot milk.
  8. Top with nutmeg.
