Very good and healthy too - in my book that's five stars! I agree with mliss, I think a taste for tofu might be needed for this recipe... great recipe to start acquiring it!! I whizzed mine up in the food processor - my DH and I loved it - looking forward to leftovers at lunch today!
- 24 ounces tofu, chilled & mashed
- 4 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 15 strawberries, fresh,cut vertically into halves
