  1. Very good and healthy too - in my book that's five stars! I agree with mliss, I think a taste for tofu might be needed for this recipe... great recipe to start acquiring it!! I whizzed mine up in the food processor - my DH and I loved it - looking forward to leftovers at lunch today!

  2. I made these for dessert tonight, but no one could wait, so we tried these as soon as I was done making them. I loved the crunch of the nuts (I had walnuts on hand, so I used those). We all mixed the strawberries into the tofu pudding before eating -- mine tasted really good just the way it was, but my son wanted a little more honey in his. I had used unflavored silken tofu but I recall seeing strawberry silken tofu at the market, so I will try that next time and see if it will add a little more sweetness for him. Thanks for sharing such a healthy recipe with one of my favorite ingredients -- tofu!!

  3. Very tasty, but I'm not sure if you would have to have already acquired "a taste for tofu" to love it. I suppose tofu newbies could always add more honey! lol. I tried whisking it in a bowl, but it never got smoother than a cottage cheese look so I put it in the food processor. Ah! Creamy! I used sliced almonds. I couldn't keep out of it and ate the whole bowl tonight. (Oh! I made half a batch. lol.) Reviewed for the Veg*n Recipe Swap.

  4. Creamy and flavoursome: the honey and vanilla blended really well. I made this with some super-delicious strawberries (rather more than in the recipe: there were 25 in 2 punnets) and I used walnuts which I left whole because that’s what I had on hand. Four of us really enjoyed this! Thanks for sharing!
