  • 1. Put first 8 ingredients in a bowl and leave aside for about 15 minutes.
  • 2. In a non-stick pan, add some vegetable oil and pan fry the marinated Mix for about 2 minutes.
  • 3. Add in the beaten eggs till cooked. Flip twice.
  • 4. Add parsley for garnishing.
  • (For vegetarians, replace prawns with celery for a hearty meal.).
