ingredients
- 12 ounces soft tofu
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon shoyu
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash onion powder
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- parsley
- 1 dill pickle, minced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dill weed, minced
- scallions or 1 small minced onion
directions
- Drain tofu for one hour to get water out.
- Mash and mix in all ingredients.
