- 118.29 ml green onion, cut up
- 118.29 ml fresh parsley leaves, loosely packed
- 226.79 g tofu
- 14.79 ml fresh lemon juice
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 1.23 ml salt
- Chop green onion and parsley in a food processor or blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
