  1. Cut tofu in half horizontally.
  2. Add Salt and pepper.
  3. Coat with flour, remove excess.
  4. Heat skillet with oil, until hot.
  5. Fry tofu until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove and place on a serving platter.
  7. Mix sauce ingrediants together, set aside.
  8. Saute garlic in marg, till brown.
  9. Add sauce and boil.
  10. Pour over tofu and serve.

So good, it's crispy, flavourful, and easy. The only thing I changed is I used white onions and sautéed them before adding then to the sauce
