    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Cut tofu in half horizontally.

      Add Salt and pepper.
    3. 3
      Coat with flour, remove excess.
    4. 4
      Heat skillet with oil, until hot.
    5. 5
      Fry tofu until golden brown on both sides.

      Remove and place on a serving platter.

      Mix sauce ingrediants together, set aside.
    8. 8
      Saute garlic in marg, till brown.
    9. 9
      Add sauce and boil.
    10. 10
      Pour over tofu and serve.

      So good, it's crispy, flavourful, and easy. The only thing I changed is I used white onions and sautéed them before adding then to the sauce
