- 1 cup frozen strawberries or 1 cup peach
- 8 ounces soft tofu
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or 1⁄2 cup peach sorbet
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
First time tofuer here :) This packs a wonderful protein punch! I made it with the strawberries and vanilla for my choices. The flavor was a bit bland, so next time I will most likely add significantly more honey to sweeten it up. The consistency and ingredient choices were superb! Thanks for the great recipe!
