I really enjoyed eating this with tartar sauce! I used a mixture of wheat germ and flax seed meal For the dried herbs I used homemade Old Bay Seasoning(Copycat). I used panko breadcrumbs. Thanks for posting!
I really liked this, and I was prepared not to since most "mock" dishes miss the mark. The crumbled seaweed really made this dish. I cheated a bit to cut more carbs so I left out the corn meal and just used flax. And to cut out any health benefits of soy I broke out the deep fryer. Yum! I'm going to make this one again. Thanks for sharing!
