First time using tofu ever and this was a great introduction! Kidies and DH loved it-I still haven't told the carnivore there's tofu in there... I did use twice the cinnamon like another reviewer mentioned. Thanks!

This was a good recipe. I made these twice, once as identified here and once with a half cup of blueberries and half a cup of walnuts, and minus the cinnamon. I actually liked the first version better and I am going to try these again becuase I like the fact that there is tofu in there and whole wheat!

These were great! Not to mention a great way for me to sneak some whole grain into my picky four year old. The only change I would make is to suggest adding more cinnamon. I more than doubled the recipe amount and they came out perfect, not overpowering. I say this mainly because the nutty tofu smell was a bit strong even for me, a tofu fan. Thanks for the recipe, this was very quick and easy, my family liked them and I'll definitely be making them again. I think I might add raisins next time as well.
