This is a recipe from Prevention Magazine, and is a very delicious alternative to the more decadent chocolate pies out there - not just for vegetarians, but if you want something sweet while trying to lose a few pounds! Keep this pie chilled, because it gets soft at room temperature and can be difficult to serve.
- Stir honey into melted chocolate.
- Put tofu in food processor and mix until smooth.
- Add chocolate mixture.
- Blend well.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Chill, serve and enjoy!
