  • In a bowl, mash together the tofu and tahini.
  • Add the dill weed and soy sauce and mix well.
  • Add the bread crumbs a little at a time until the mixture is just stiff enough to bind.
  • Form into burgers.
  • Cook over medium hot coals for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Or grill under a medium/high heat.

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
