I give this recipe 5 stars because it was really simple, very very good and everyone enjoyed it. I used chicken instead of tofu, but only 1 skinless/boneless breast sliced very thinly. It wasn't as spicy as I thought it was going to be by the comments provided earlier, so I added more cayenne pepper as I was cooking. Very nice, very tasty peanut sauce that I can see being used in other stir-frys. It also took less time than I had expected, less than 30 minutes total. Thank you Carol!

I loved this meal, but my husband and my two-year-old barely ate when I served it.

I tried this peanut sauce with soba noodles and broccoli. It was FANTASTIC. I sort of followed the directions, except instead of BS molasses I used maple syrup (b/c it was on hand), substituted soy sauce for tamari and used about a tablespoon of chili-garlic sauce (you know, the kind from an Asian grocer). It was perfectly delicious, but I will probably add a little less water next time to make it less runny. Thanks, Carol!

Very good. Not too strong of a taste, perfect for children. I coat tofu cubes with a bit of corn starch to make them crispy. Sauce is a bit too thick. Next time I will double the water and add half a cube of vegetable broth.

We didn't have all ingredients on hand as printed so had to make a few substitutions but everyone - adults, child and toddler, enjoyed the meal. Thanks!

This recipe is absolutely amazing! Easy and the sauce is actually healthy and good for you. Adding molasses to it was genius so good a new favorite, be sure to try!

I liked it, personally, but my family all complained it was a bit too spicy. Easy recipe. Nice flavors.

Loved this dinner!! I added carrots and some snow peas as well and used 1 tbsp of brown sugar in place of the molasses and rice wine vinegar. I did add about 1/2 cup of water to the sauce to thin it out a bit. I'll make this again for sure. My kids loved it.

This is so good and easy to make! I substituted honey and brown sugar for molasses and it came out pretty good. The sauce was really thick, maybe I'll use less peanut butter next time? I'll definitely try making this again.

Hubby gives this a five and so do I! I admit I did lighten it a bit by using half the peanut butter and no peanuts. Other than that, I did follow the directions. I'm sure it would have been even tastier with all the nuts, but I am trying to eat lighter. It was refreshing to try something new, and the tofu/peanut/broccoli is a really good combo. There are lots of fun flavors in this dish. It was pretty easy to make. My only nitpicky complaint is that it uses two pans for a one-dish meal. No way around that though, so it really is very picky even to mention it. Thanks for a great recipe!

I put a little more water in it to make it more liquid. I also added 1/4 tsp of Indian Red Pepper (SAMBAL OLEK). It was perfect.

I hate to only give this three stars but I was not impressed. It was edible but did not give me that "wow have to make this again!" factor. Perhaps it's just my personal tastebuds. I did however find that I liked it more cold after it had been in the fridge overnight.
