This is great for a light lunch or dinner. Mix up the spices and/or cream cheese for a new taste.
- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 1 cup firm tofu
- 1⁄2 apple
- 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cut apple into thin slices. Cut tofu into small cubes and saute both with garlic powder.
- Spread cream cheese onto pita and add apple and tofu.
