- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice, chilled
- 1 cup cut-up mango, chilled
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 0.5 (12 1/3 ounce) packagelight firm tofu, chilled and drained
- In blender, combine orange juice, mango, strawberries, and tofu. Cover and blend until smooth.
Yum yum! Tofu really adds oomph to make this a great breakfast. And it's a generous amount, which I believe is just the way smoothies should be :-) Really fabulous in every way! :-) Thanks for posting this!
