- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen strawberries (or a mix of berries)
- 1⁄2 banana
- 3 ounces silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- 1 large oranges, juice of or 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar or 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice
- Blend ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.
