These cookies were a nice addition to add to my Christmas bags this year. They were enjoyed by me and I am sure the family will love them too! Yummie to the tummy tum tum!
I was not sure of how to rate this recipe, because I really did not like the cookies with frosting, I used skor bits for half the dough and chocolate chips for the other half. The one with skor bits deserved atleast 3 stars, but the ones with chocolate chips in it deserves atleast 10 stars (I wish I could press the button twice!). I already had a thick and chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe, and now I found a crisp one as well that is to die for!! I will be using this as my crisp chocolate chip cookies from now on. Thank you so much for the recipe ms_bold!!
The cookies have a great toffee flavor and are so soft. The frosting is rich and creamy. And when they're put together - yum! Thanks justcallmejulie!
These are the most amazing cookies...ever. They look beautiful, but that's nothing compared to the taste! Yum! My mom can't stop raving about them. I can certainly see why they're your favorite cookies! Thanks so much for sharing this star of a recipe. :)
Thank you Julie and JoAnn for sharing this wonderful recipe. These cookies rock...they are so good. I used English toffee bits. These cookies are going in all of my christmas boxes this year. Kudos
Wow! These cookies are fabulous! Rich cookies with toffee bits sandwiched with yummy sweet frosting. I got 30 good sized cookies but will make them smaller next time to yield more. These would be wonderful little treats for a shower or other fussy event. They look fancy but are really very easy. Julie, your cousin JoAnn can come to my house anytime! Thanks for the recipe!
