- 1 (14 ounce) bag caramels, wrappers removed
- 1⁄2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 cup strong coffee
- 1⁄4 cup milk
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate chips and caramels melt.

Thank you for feeding one of my guilty pleasure. I enjoyed this on my ice cream, as well as on its own. I never thought of having toffee with my ice cream, but I enjoyed it immensely!
