- 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 small crusty bread (sliced)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
directions
- Slice bread.
- Toast bread in toaster.
- Generously spread with mayonnaise.
- Spread with thinly sliced onions.
- Cover with cheese.
- Grill at broil until cheese is melted and golden.

I toasted two slices of bread , one with the onions and cheese and one plain, I put mayo on the plain toast and then made a sandwich. it was amazing! :D
