This comes from Simple Foods for the Pack. It is crunchy and high in protein. I think it would be awesome to add different flavor combinations like Chili-lime or Lemon-Ginger
- Soak the soybeans in the water for 8-12 hours. Drain.
- Place the drained beans in a shallow baking pan and bake at 300, stirring frequently, for 75-90 minutes or until golden in color and crunchy.
- When done, and still hot, sprinkle soy sauce over the beans and stir until the sauce coats them and dries up.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
