  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. lay pumpernickel in oven until slightly toasted.
  3. lay slice of cheese on each piece of bread until slightly melted.
  4. add ham and turkey until warm.
  5. take it out and put mayo and cracked pepper on it.
