Wow, what a great flavor gailanng. Nothing could be easier than these little gems. They were super quick and easy to throw together and disappeared just as quickly. I made them late at night, so they are bigger than they would have been if I made them earlier in the day. Big or little they are amazing. Thanks so much for sharing your treat my friend, they were a great addition to the Christmas tins this year.person found this review Helpful. YUMMY! **** If I could I'd give them a 10, I would. These are so awesome! All I need to say is make a double batch & keep some in the freeze for a easy dessert for get togethers. I froze the filling in balls, then with the coating, I used 24oz. of vanilla chocolate candy coating from Kroger's, with 2 tbs solid shortening. It makes the coating thinner to work with and shiny.
I only made one batch and now have to make a second batch because they're gone and it's not even Christmas yet, Besides everyone wanting them as gifts. You won't go wrong with this recipe. You'll be so surprised at the creamy filling. Just make sure you crush cookies in a food processor to a fine crumb & mix enough so there is no cream cheese white streaks in the mix. I just continued to mash into the side of bowl & it worked great & add your toasted coconut on the top right away. YUMMY!

I just made these for a Memorial Day BBQ and they are awesome!!! I got the recipe off the Kraft Foods website and then had to check to make sure they were posted here. I'm so glad that they are, because they are so yummy! I used sweetened coconut that I toasted until golden in a saute pan over med-high heat. I used Almond Bark to coat. They came together quick and they look so cute with a sprinkle of toasted coconut on top! Even my hubby who isn't a coconut fan thinks they are superb. When you toast the coconut it really gives it a nutty flavor and crunch, much like a nut. I can't wait to see how the others at the BBQ react!!!person found this review Helpful.
