You would have never thought that cheese and jam would go together, but they do! This is great for breakfast, or just for a snack. My dad used to make this for my brother and I when we were kids.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices bread (toasted)
  • 6 slices hard cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons jam (raspberry is best)

Directions

  1. Toast bread.
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp of jam on each slice.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Enjoy.
