  • 1 12 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 12 cup chopped unroasted peanuts
  • 12 cup chopped blanched almond
  • 12 cup wheat germ
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 13 cup snipped dried apricot
  • 13 cup packed brown sugar
  • light cream or milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine rolled oats, almonds, and wheat germ.
  3. Spread in a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch baking pan.
  4. Toast in a 400 oven for 10 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Stir in raisins, apricots and brown sugar.
  6. Serve with light cream or milk.
