I LOVE this recipe! I wanted some brownies, and this seemed quick, so I tried it. SO YUMMY AND EASY!!! I was a little worried at first because it was so thick and I had to spread it around in the pan, but it turned out delish!

I just made these and ate one still hot from the pan with the icing on it. To die for is right! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

This is a yummy brownie recipe!! I've made it several times and it's always a hit. Today was my daughter's class Halloween party and I brought these brownies. They were devoured. LOL

LOVED this recipe. I like a rich flavour with chocolate, so I substituted a cup of white sugar with a packed cup of dark cane sugar. The results were sensational!

Excellent brownies! I had to use only 3/4 cup of butter and egg substitute, as that is all I had. They turned out wonderful, despite my recipe modifications! I skipped the icing, I didn't think they needed anything else. Why gild the lily, right? Thanks, Cheryl!

I'm always looking for good brownie recipes, and this one is definitely a winner! The icing is delicious and really makes these brownies sinful. My husband had a huge smile on his face when he took his first bite.

As advertised, these are perfect "cake-style" brownies. I skipped the icing and served them with vanilla ice cream. Outstanding! Thanks.

Great brownies. I usually prefer more fudgy brownies, but these are great. Didn't add the frosting, don't like it on brownies.

My husband got sick of me baking gooey brownies all the time and requested some cake-like brownies for a change. I found this recipe. ( I left out the nuts and frosting at his request.) He loved these brownies! Thanks for sharing. This recipe is a sure keeper.

Had to skip on the frosting, because I ran out of butter so I won't award any stars (it wouldn't be fair to give it a low rating seeing that I didn't make the WHOLE recipe.) Whipped these up for the weekly boardgames and dinner night with my fsil and her husband on Friday. Finace said 3 stars after we froze the brownies, I'd say 4 stars after being in the freezer.

This was the perfect brownie. I love a cake like brownie and the way they disappeared at my home tells me everyone loved them. Thanks for posting a recipe I will be using often.

My husband wants to know if these were 'hard' to make... He'd like it if I made them everyday. I did not ice them and I used splenda brown sugar substitute in place of the white sugar. Delicious!Delicious!Delicious!
