ingredients

• 6 natural casing all beef hot dogs
• 6 slice thick cut bacon
• 29.58 ml butter
• Frank's red hot sauce
• 6 new england style split top buns
• onion
• cheese

directions

1. heat cast iron pan and add bacon. remove bacon when crisp and add butter and franks red hot sauce to bacon fat. add hot dogs and cook approx 6-8 minutes until crisp and brown on the outside. steam buns while dogs cook. add chopped onion, cheese, or other toppings of your choice. enjoy!
