- 2 ripe avocados, peeled,pitted,chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄4 lb cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons chili sauce
- 5 spring onions, sliced
- 1⁄2 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- seasoning, chef's choice,to taste
- In a food processor or blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavours to develop.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
