ingredients
- 1 lb haddock fillet
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
- lemon juice
- pepper
- salt
directions
- rinse fillets and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. place fillets skin side down on well greased broiler pan. top fillets with pats of butter. broil at 500 for approx 10 minutes. baste once and turn around 5 minutes into cooking time. serve with lemon wedges. enjoy!

Fresh fish, simply prepared, not "overdressed" -- there's nothing better! The only change I made was to use Lawry's seasoned salt in place of plain salt. I served this with Recipe#229096 and Recipe#398262. We eat seafood often, so I'll be keeping this recipe on hand. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall '12
