This is indeed and simple and lovely dish. It was my first time eating tilapia and found it to be a much milder flavor than I was expecting.

EXCELLENT! This is a perfect pairing of flavors. I used fresh sage from my garden and loved the earthy balance it provided to the proscuitto and tilapia. We served this with Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Garlic Mashed Potatoes) and Green Beans with Pan-Roasted Red Onions (Green Beans With Pan-Roasted Red Onions (Thanksgiving)). Wonderful dinner that will be repeated again. Restaurant worthy!
