This was between a four and a five. The lime juice adds a lot of flavor, and was delicious. I did add some pepper, but no salt. The lime juice seemed to take care of that. Because of the ease and speed of the recipe, I'll go with a five, Thanks for sharing!
This was absolutely delicious! I managed to eat the first two pieces of fish before the rice was done! Bravo!!! =D
This is an easy recipe that tastes great with jasmine rice (with a little soy sauce) and asparagus. I added kosher salt and ground black pepper to the fish as well. A keeper for my easy recipe nights.
