Tilapia With a Touch of Lime

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of Tilapia filet.
  • Heat a non stick skillet on med-high heat. Melt butter.
  • Cook Tilapia 3 minutes on each side.
  • Sprinkle with lime juice and serve.
