Ready, Set, Cook! Reynolds Wrap Contest Entry. Trying to find a something different for the kids that would be easy and simple, came up with this combination of my kids favorite foods.

Directions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Prepare four Reynolds Wrap Packet so that all 4 sides can be sealed up. Place ½ cup of the rice mixture on each packet, top with ¼ cup of black beans, handful of grape tomatoes and red bell pepper (these 3 ingredients are to each likings). Place one tilapia filet on top of rice mixture, topped with cilantro and squeeze juice of a lime and seal all four sides of packet. Place packets on a jelly roll pan (in case of any spills). Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes.
