Made this for my boyfriend, he is from Honduras. He did not like the flour/egg mixture on the outside, but said it was good otherwise. Then again, he does not care for breaded fish or bread in general.
I fixed this dish last weekend for dinner. It was SO delicious!! And very easy to make. I have since printed it out for all my co-workers that love to cook. I used Italian Bread Crumbs which I assume made the filets a little crunchier than the flour would. I wouldn't change anything about this recipe. Great job Donna! Thanks for sharing.
Excellent! I have been looking for some time for a way to make tilapia "unbland", and this is the best recipe I have come across. The whole family loves it!
