Good recipe - change foil to parchment paper so the fish won't stick and to create a better environment for the fish to cook and steam inside the pouch. Add in the pouch some peppers and some thinly sliced garlic on the fish to add contrast to the lemon.

Hooray! This could not have been any easier. And no pan to clean up! All of us loved this. I served it with sauteed green beans and buttered wine rice. I will make this again. It is just too simple not to! Thanks. :)

A super easy recipe that results in minimum clean-up. It is delicious. Served this with a tomato/onion salad and roasted asparagus.

Here is one Dummy that loved it - Simple, quick and tasty just the way I love a recipe and this one filled the bill. Served with fresh vegetables from the garden - new potatoes, green & yellow beans mixed and baby carrots - Lovely meal thanks Kizzikate

A nice, easy way to fix fish. I enjoyed the flavors, served with a tartar sauce. Thank you!
