I tried this last night and it was pretty darn tasty! Since my husband and I are doing the low-carb thing, I substituted normal flour for soy flour. I really liked how the lemon soaked right into the breading. It was a delight to make and eat! The scallions were a nice way to top the dish and added to the flavors. This is a terrific dish I'll be making again :)

Had a bit of a problem getting the almonds to stay in/on the tilapia and a lot of them fell off in the pan. Is there a secret to this that I need to know. However it was very good.

Yummy dinner! I cooked them in a pan in batches (my tilapia fillets are very thin so I cooked 5) and then transfered them to a baking pan. I drizzled what was left in the pan over them. I even forgot the lemon juice and it was excellent!

Very good & very easy! I even made some and froze them. They thawed & cooked just as well as the fresh batch.
