An absolutely wonderful, no fuss recipe with big results! Very fast to put together with ingredients straight from the freezer or pantry. After reading another review, I decided to use low-sodium crackers (worked very well). I like the idea of adding a dash or two of hot sauce and will do that next time. I also added a handful of frozen salad shrimp along with the soup -- we really enjoyed that, and I'd add a bit more next time.

Easy and Awesome! My 3 college aged boys devoured it! That's really saying something. Cooked for 45 min. I was out of the kitchen in an hour! Love this recipe and will definitely share it with others! Hats off to jp mims!

Just finished eating and really enjoyed it, as did my hubby. The only change I made was using whole wheat Ritz crackers. It was an easy a quick weekday dinner. Thanks!

I also cooked mine for 45 minutes per other suggestions, and the boys liked it. We eat lots of tilapia here, and it was nice to have something new and different for the boys, and sinfully easy for me to make! Thank you!

Ditto on the 45 min cooking time. Great recipie though. I wonder if there's a cracker out there like Ritz than I can use that has less salt? Between the Ritz and the condensed soup, things were pretty salty. It was a good way to cook tilapia.

I thought this was a great way to eat fish. We normally do the same old pan fry thing and I think it gets old. I didn't have any cream of shrimp but I had shrimp so I added a few into the cream of mushroom soup and I took the advice of sprinkling some old bay seasoning on top of the soup. It turned out great!! I think it would be a great recipie to make for company. You can have the ingrediants on hand and throw it together with some rice and veggies and have a nice easy meal. Thanks!
