This is a nice oven recipe for 2. The potatoes were reduced to 2 smallish to medium potatoes. If I were to make this again, I would cut back on the red pepper flakes as well as the olive oil. Made for *PAC Fall 2009*
Delicious dish! The fish turn out tender, moist, and flavorful! The combination of ginger, line, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes created a very fresh and 'bright' taste.
The best tilapia I've ever had. This recipe keeps it succulent and flavorful--really delicious.
