Delicious, easy, and healthy! I only had one thin tilapia fillet, which I knew would cook through very quickly, so I put one clove of sliced garlic in at the same time as the fish. They both were done perfectly.

We thought this was so-so. I used half the amount of oil called for and we thought it was much too oily. The taste was ok, but not anything I would make again. Wish we had liked it more!

This was extremely easy and it tasted wonderful. Just the perfect amount of garlic to make it nice and garlicky. I would suggest using a non-stick pan because Talapia is so fragile. I didn't use non-stick and mine stuck a little to the pan even though I have a nice heavy bottom one. It didn't matter though because it was awesome! I have yet to be disappointed by one of your recipes! Oh yeah... I served this with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted yellow and green squash and garlic bread. It was a major garlic night for us!

Light, easy and delicious. My grandmother passed away 3 months ago, if only I'd found this recipe sooner. She'd have loved this.

I'm not much of a fish eater, but I thought I'd try this because it has my favorite...GARLIC! I made this fish because I read that tilapia was the best fish to start out eating and since I don't like it it seemed like a good idea. I still don't like fish, but my fiance loves it, so I'll keep making it and choking it down.
Maybe more garlic next time.

This was very easy to make and I was surprised that something so simple could be so flavorful and delicious. I didn't have fresh garlic on hand so I just used garlic powder but it still turned out great and went well with the brown rice I made. I'm excited to try it with real garlic next time!

There is no better recipe for tilapia out there! I had run out of fresh garlic so I sprinkled garlic powder on the tilapia and continued cooking as stated (I can only imagine how much better it will be now that I have fresh garlic again!!!). DH had one bite and immediately said, "five star" ... a compliment indeed since he mostly gives 3 or 4 stars! Thanks for posting Canary Girl!
