Tikka Spice Mix

• Yields: 1 batch

ingredients

• 29.57 ml coriander
• 29.57 ml cumin
• 29.57 ml garlic powder
• 29.57 ml paprika
• 19.71 ml garam masala
• 14.78 ml ginger, ground
• 14.78 ml dried mint
• 9.85 ml chili powder

directions

1. The idea is you mix all these together and then keep the powder mixture for when you need it. If you couldn't get garlic powder you could replace it with fresh garlic when you added the required amount of mix to a dish.
2. I've left the mint out too and it was perfectly ok :).

Excelent spice mixture. I love it because depending on how hot you like your food you can use accordingly. My guys like really spicy food so I can't wait to try this out on them. I can then sit back and say "Oh it's a Jacqui Creation" Thank you so much for posting.
