A drink from the Tiki Bar, West Maui, United States. Taken in a book.
- 1⁄2 mango, peeled and pitted
- 3 pieces fresh coconut (big chunks)
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 2 ounces rum
- 1 dash lime juice
- 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
- Pour all ingredients in a blender and add crushed ice.
- Beat until creamy.
- Serve in a tulip glass with long straws and garnish with mango slices.
