I found this cocktail on the Drinkmixer website. This is a tropical drink for two with a soft pink tint (from the grenadine), which is best served in tiki mugs.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 28.34 g coconut rum
  • 28.34 g gold tequila
  • 28.34 g vodka
  • 170.09 g pineapple juice
  • 28.34 g coconut cream (not milk)
  • splash grenadine

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well mixed and the coconut cream has thoroughly blended with the other ingredients.

This was wonderful! I thought the alcohol might be too strong, but it's nicely balanced with the other ingredients, and I appreciated the coconut cream and pineapple not being too sweet. My final salute to Australia /NZ made for ZWT 8 by one of The Wild Bunch
