  1. Great recipe!!!!!! Very flavorful and healthy!!!! I scaled this down for only one serving and was perfect. Instead of pecans, I used raisins and almonds! Yum! Thanks for the recipe Bobtail!

  2. My 5 year old and I made this for dessert last night and it was really delicious! Simple, easy to follow recipe that is fun for the little ones to create! Thanks for posting!

  3. Yummy! I guess you can call me a tike, cause I ate this all by myself (I halved the recipe!) Delicious combination of banana, nuts, and coconut... and what a healthy treat too. I used orange juice and unsweetened coconut. The banana was sweet enough for me. After shaking it all up I dumped it all in a bowl and ate it like I would a bowl of cereal. Sorry I couldn't wait and refrigerate but it was too good. Great recipe Bobtail!

  4. What a nice snack! Not just for tikes either! I thoroughly enjoyed this! I am a coconut-pecan-and banana lover, so naturally I loved this! I used orange juice and I liked the taste of it paired with the other ingredients! Thanks for this recipe!

  5. This is truly a treat! I used toasted pecans and fresh orange juice, and liked this both at room temperature and chilled. A perfect example of how mixing a few simple, choice ingredients can result in something lusciously delicious. Thanks, Bobtail!

  2. I've tried this one before and we like it. The plus point of using lemon juice is that the bananas don't get browned so fast. But personally, I love using fresh orange juice for this. I've also substituted the pecans with walnuts and that combo also is good. This is a keeper!
