I thought I would try a different mexican rice recipe and I sure am glad I picked this one.
It was great, I did not have a jalapeno so I opened a can of green chilies and thru in some fresh oregano and cilantro from my herb garden...it was great...

I thought this was wonderful. I used vegetable broth instead since I am a vegetarian. Everyone in the house loved it. I will be making this one again.

Fantastic rice! Loved it! Made for Beverage Tag. I love just about anything from that crazy haired Guy Fieri! Very fresh and yummy. Went great with black beans and tacos. Thanks for a keeper!

Cookie- Is there anything, food wise, that you don't turn into gold? Served this with Tequila Lime Chicken for a little fiesta the other night. It is packed with flavor, serves beautifully, easy to make, and a perfect compliment to any Mexican dish you are planning to serve. I used a Sauvingan Blanc for the wine. Thanks C-Dawg!

Delicious rice dish. Used a pinot grigio for the wine and smoked paprika. Served with chicken burritos and sour cream.
