This drink comes from The Tides Hotel in Miami, FL. Very refreshing!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce Midori melon liqueur
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chambord raspberry liquor
  • fresh edible flower (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine rum, Midori and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Add Chambord. (It will sink to the bottom).
  4. Garnish, if desired, with edible flower.
